Toshima Ward is located in the northern part of Tokyo and ranks 14th in population among the 23 wards, making it one of the most densely populated areas. Highlights of the Ward
The most famous station in Toshima Ward is Ikebukuro Station. Both of geographically and economically, Ikebukuro is an important area in the northwest of Tokyo and serves as a major transportation hub. Known as Chinatown in Tokyo, Ikebukuro is home to many Asian expatriates. Komagome Station is also a significant station in Toshima Ward, offering high living convenience and an excellent educational environment.
